Wessex Tubas trading as Wessex Saxophones

Wessex Tubas offers a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all our instruments, and in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase,  we offer a full refund and return within 2 weeks.

You can purchase from Wessex Tubas with complete confidence and peace of mind. Once your instrument is delivered, you have 14 days to decide that you definitely want to keep it. If you decide an item is not suitable for any reason, you can return it back to us for replacement or full refund excepting certain charges.

All returns or cancelled orders will be refunded the amount paid, less a 5% fee to help cover associated costs.

Where an order is returned, any shipping costs (both outbound and return) and any duties or taxes paid in the destination country will also be deducted from the refund.

If you return anything you must ensure that the goods are properly packaged and sent at your cost by a secure carrier: it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to ensure that they reach us undamaged. Please contact us should you wish to return your item so we can provide you with return labels.

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for any returns.

When returning the item, it must be in its original packaging and in ’as received’ condition. Please note that shipping charges apply to refund upon return of your item and any damage will also result in reduced refund.
